Everybody loves a nugget.

You have to be able to communicate for anything that you do as a marketing scientist to matter. The catch is that being a marketing scientist, or being a subject matter expert in anything for that matter, does not lend itself well to communicating in a snapy manner. You have to remember that whatever you want to stick has to be memorable and repeatable. Reserve a space in your mind for the word ‘nuggetization’.

That’s the purpose of this entire section on communicating.

If you’re incapable of communicating effectively, the great insights that you may generate won’t matter. And neither will you.
